At 1753 Half Moon was dispatched to a house fire in Maynard Manor. 502 arrived and found a single wide mobile home on fire. 502 established command. Eng 504 Eng 505 and 507 fought this fire. Rhodestown and Pumpkin Center Fire depart.s responded as automatic aid. Crews did a good knock down.
Then at 1915 Half Moon was dispatched to Gum Branch and Timothy for a working structure fire. 500 arrived and established command. Eng 505 arrived and made an aggressive interior attack knocking the fire out. Eng 504 was supporting Eng. Rhodestown and Richlands Fire Departments were automatic aid for this call.
Busy day, Hot day and crews were tired. No injuries and both structures were saved!
