I would like to take this moment to welcome back Firefighter Phil Dallas from his active duty deployment overseas with the North Carolina National Guard in support of combat operations in Iraq. All of us are happy for his safe return.
Let us also take time to remember those members from his unit and their families that paid the ultimate sacrifice. Let us keep them in our prayers.
